The Learning Centers can be used as centers for:

  • Consolidating knowledge
  • Acquiring new know-how
  • Seeking professional and cultural guidance
  • Monitoring the results achieved
  • Planning professional careers

The ICT and Rural Areas Learning Center represents a tool aimed at valuing competence, promoting  actions of research, advice, service, information, and tutoring for the youth and the women involved in affiliated enterprises, as well as at giving substance to the use of ICT tools.
Many studies and projects were launched by the European Community with a view to defining the quality of open learning research and learning centers. Due to the specific features of the social sector in which its affiliates are active and, in general, to the principles on which cooperative enterprises are based, E-LARA’s partner is interested in the filed of infrastructures supporting young and women’s professional empowerment.
